Return & Exchange Policy
The Rangi Saga follows a friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of stress. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
Exchange Policy:
We make sure to make our product listings as accurate and descriptive as possible so that the customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. But in case, you are unsatisfied with the order item(s), we would be happy to help you with exchanges.
Exchange Eligibility:
We only offer an exchange for domestic orders. The item(s) requested for exchange should be unused, unwashed, unworn and must be returned with all its packaging and tags.
Reporting Issues:
In case you encounter any sizing concerns or defects/damages with the product received, notify us within 48 hours of delivery (24 hours in case of damaged/missing items) via WhatsApp at +91-8287746243 or email us at info.rangisaga@gmail.com.
Size Exchange:
- Please go through the size chart carefully before placing an order. In case of any doubt, feel free to contact via WhatsApp at +91-8287746243.
- If the customer has any size issue with the product delivered, he/she needs to contact us within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
- If reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code, we will arrange a pick-up from the same place of delivery and re-send the product.
- Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on a few pin codes. In this case, the customer is requested to send back the product with customer name, order id, and mobile number on it. We advise using a traceable shipping method for your returns.
- Rs. 150 per dress will be charged in case of size exchange of the products.
- Each order is eligible for size exchange only once.
Damaged/Wrong Delivery:
- If it is a damaged/defective/missing product, incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed within 24 hours of delivery. We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.
- However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse, it goes under three layers of quality check, and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there were an issue with the product, we would resolve it for you.
- If reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code, we will arrange a pick-up from the same place of delivery and re-send the product.
- Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on a few pin codes. In this case, the customer is requested to send back the product with customer name, order id, and mobile number on it. We advise using a traceable shipping method for your returns.
- No return fee will be charged in the case of damaged products.
- Opening Video of the parcel for the first time is mandatory in this scenario; otherwise, we will not be able to proceed with the exchange.
Product Exchange:
- If the customer has any issue with the product delivered, he/she needs to contact us within 48 hours from the date of delivery. We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.
- Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.
- If reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code, we will arrange a pick-up from the same place of delivery and re-send the product.
- Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on a few pin codes. In this case, the customer is requested to send back the product with customer name, order id, and mobile number on it. We advise using a traceable shipping method for your returns.
- The reverse pick up charges are to be borne by the customer, which is Rs. 200 per dress.
- Once the exchange is approved, we will send the replacement product immediately and it will reach the customer in 3-4 business days.

Refunds:

- Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will process your request.
- Post approval, we will process the refund within 1 business day and it will be credited to the original payment method within 2 business days.
- A flat fee of Rs. 300 per dress will be deducted in case of money refunds.
- Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging, and eligible for exchange.
- The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.
Cancellation Policy:
Terms of order cancellation by customer and/or by Rangi Saga.
- We offer you the ease of cancellation of your prepaid and COD orders within 24 hours of order placement.
- To request cancellation, please call or WhatsApp on +91-8287746243 or write to us at info.rangisaga@gmail.com.
- We also reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain customer orders due to various reasons that may include unavailability of fabrics/raw materials, wrong product listing or pricing on the website, and intimation by our analytics team for payment-related or fraudulent practices issues, etc.
- In the case where Rangi Saga cancels prepaid orders, we shall refund the complete amount of the order in their registered bank account with us. We shall inform the customer about the same via mail on their registered email ID. Our decision to accept or cancel shall remain final and binding.
- Any cancellations by the customer after placing prepaid orders will be charged for 2-3% (as payment gateway charges).
Disclaimer:
We endeavour to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
- We suggest that the customer should read the product description and look at all the pictures before ordering to avoid exchange and return.
- Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There is bound to be variations in color, finish, and overall look. The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
- 5-10% color difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights; please do not ask for exchange or return for the same.
- We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on www.rangisaga.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be completely accurate.
- Exchange/return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
